Cobb Island Project
An 8000 square foot old coast guard station that was moved from an outer island, Cobb Island, of the Virginia eastern shore to the inner shores of Oyster, Virginia. The station is used by the Nature Conservancy to entertain and educate prospective contributors and young school aged children in the preservation and protection of natural resources and wildlife.
 

Big Kmart Downtown Washington, D.C.
An 80,000 square foot retail store, part of an overall site development with Home Depot and Giant Foods in the same shopping center. Located just north of Capital Hill, Washington, D.C.
 

Langley Air Force Base Library
The new library is a 23,000 square foot single story with modern capabilities to serve Langley, it’s military personnel and their dependents. Modern library services include efficiently programmed bookstacks, childrens library area, reference materials, personal study carrels with computer links, an activity room and supporting rooms and offices for librarian personnel.
